A visit to the Rhine Falls – at around 23 metres high and 150 metres wide, the largest and most powerful waterfall in Europe – is a truly impressive natural spectacle. During a guided walking tour through the beautifully preserved Old Town of Schaffhausen, also known as the city of the historic bay windows, you will discover fascinating stories of Swiss history and the character that shapes its people.
In late afternoon, we will travel by train to Lucerne, where a Swiss dinner with yodeling, alphorns, and flag-throwing is awaiting you.
