These Terms and Conditions apply to all bookings made with TeBePro GmbH BU Swiss-Curated-Journeys (“we”, “us”, “our”). By making a booking, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Your Contract
Your contract is with TeBePro GmbH BU Swiss-Curated-Journeys, the organiser of your travel arrangements.
A binding contract comes into existence when we issue written confirmation of your booking and receive the required payment.
The person making the booking confirms they:
are authorised to accept these Terms on behalf of all travellers
are at least 18 years old
will provide accurate information for all travellers
2. Booking and Payment
2.1 Deposit
A deposit of £ 1,000 (GBP) per person is required at the time of booking unless otherwise stated.
2.2 Balance Payment
The balance must be paid no later than 60 days before departure.
If full payment is not received by the due date, we may cancel the booking and apply cancellation charges.
2.3 Late Bookings
Bookings made within the balance due period require full payment at booking.
3. Prices
All prices are quoted in £ (Pounds Sterling) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
We reserve the right to change prices before booking confirmation.
After confirmation, price changes may occur only due to:
transport costs (fuel etc.)
taxes or fees imposed by third parties
exchange rate changes
If the price increases by more than 8%, you may cancel for a full refund.
4. If You Change Your Booking
If you wish to change your booking, we will try to assist but cannot guarantee availability.
You may be required to pay:
an administration fee of £ 100 per person, and
any additional supplier charges
Some travel arrangements may not be changeable after confirmation.
5. If You Cancel Your Booking
5.1 Cancellation by You
You may cancel at any time by written notice. Cancellation takes effect on the date we receive your notice.
Cancellation charges apply as follows (unless otherwise stated):
Time before departure
Cancellation charge
More than 60 days: Deposit only
59–30 days: 30% of total price
29–15 days: 50% of total price
14–7 days: 75% of total price
6 days or less / no-show: 100%
These charges reflect expected costs and losses.
5.2 Cancellation Without Charge
You may cancel without fee if:
unavoidable and extraordinary circumstances occur at the destination that significantly affect the holiday, or
we make a significant change to essential elements of your package
You will receive a full refund within 14 days.
6. Transfer of Booking
You may transfer your booking to another person who meets all travel requirements, provided you give reasonable notice (minimum 7 days).
You and the transferee are jointly liable for:
transfer fee £ 100
supplier charges if applicable
7. Changes or Cancellation by Us
7.1 Minor Changes
We may make minor changes without compensation.
7.2 Significant Changes
If we make a significant change before departure, you may:
accept the change
accept an alternative holiday
cancel for a full refund
7.3 Cancellation by Us
If we cancel your booking, you will receive:
a full refund within 14 days
No compensation is payable where cancellation is due to unavoidable and extraordinary circumstances.
8. Unavoidable and Extraordinary Circumstances
This includes events beyond our control such as:
war or threat of war
terrorism
serious health risks or pandemics
natural disasters
government restrictions
severe transport disruption
We are not liable for compensation where such events affect your travel.
9. If Problems Occur During Travel
You must report any issue immediately to:
the supplier, and
our emergency contact
We will take reasonable steps to resolve the issue.
If a significant part of your travel cannot be provided, we will offer suitable alternatives or appropriate compensation where required.
10. Our Responsibility
We are responsible for providing travel arrangements with reasonable skill and care.
We are not responsible for:
services not included in your package
events outside our control
your failure to obtain correct documentation
Our liability is limited in accordance with applicable international transport conventions.
11. Your Responsibilities
You are responsible for:
valid passports and visas
health requirements
travel insurance (strongly recommended)
compliance with local laws
behaviour that does not disrupt others
We may terminate your holiday without refund if behaviour is unacceptable.
12. Insurance
Adequate travel insurance is strongly recommended and may be required for certain trips.
13. Special Requests and Medical Needs
Special requests must be made at booking. They cannot be guaranteed unless confirmed in writing.
You must inform us of any medical condition that may affect travel.
14. Complaints Procedure
Complaints must be submitted in writing within 7 days of return.
Failure to report issues during travel may reduce entitlement to compensation.
16. Data Protection
Personal data is processed in accordance with UK data protection law and our Privacy Policy.
17. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland.
Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Zurich, Switzerland unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
18. Severability
If any clause is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain valid.
19. Entire Agreement
These Terms form the entire agreement between you and TeBePro GmbH, Section Swiss-Curated-Journeys.
